About the office
Yağmur Law Office was founded in 2017 in Ankara, Türkiye, by Attorney Orhan Yavuz Yağmur, a member of the Ankara Bar Association. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law and holds a master’s degree in IT law from Hacettepe University. He serves as Deputy Chair of the Criminal Law Institute of the Ankara Bar Association.
The office’s practice is focused mainly on criminal law. It also advises national and international companies on commercial matters, contracts and IT law, and works together with law offices and consultants in other cities of Türkiye where a matter requires it.

- Criminal law: representation of suspects, defendants and victims at the investigation and trial stages; detention, judicial control, appeals.
- White-collar crime: fraud, breach of trust, tax offences and fictitious invoices, bid rigging and money laundering.
- IT law: cybercrime, online content, digital evidence and data protection.
- Corporate and commercial law: company formation, share transfers, legal due diligence, shareholder disputes and commercial receivables.
- Arbitration and international disputes: arbitration clauses, annulment actions, recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and court judgments.
- Other areas: contracts and damages, banking, enforcement and insolvency, employment, administrative and public procurement, tax, real estate, family and inheritance, and health law.
Working from abroad
Meetings can be held in English, in person or online. If you live outside Türkiye, you can grant a power of attorney at a Turkish consulate or before a local notary with an apostille. Documents in a foreign language must be submitted to Turkish courts with a sworn Turkish translation.
